All our products are lovingly handmade by ourselves, so we take great care to fully protect them when packing them for shipment. We use a reputable, national courier for all our deliveries.
In the unlikely event that your goods are broken or damaged in any way on delivery, then please call us straight away on 01249 782270 or email us at email@example.com and we will arrange to have the item collected from you and returned to us, at our expense. It must still be in its original packaging. We will then arrange, also at our expense, for the despatch of a replacement item to you as soon as we can.
We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase. However, if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then you can return the goods us within 10 days of delivery,. They must be in the original packaging. Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for the return delivery charges and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. Once the goods are back in our possession, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the cost of delivery, providing that the goods are in the same condition as when they were delivered.
